This house on two levels was built by HomeLand Construction in Alinda, Leros. It was completed in August 2016. The property is 192m² and is arranged as a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom on the top floor with self-contained guest accommodation (two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and a kitchenette) below. There is also 150m² of covered veranda.
This was the first house on the island to have a whole-house ventilation and heat recovery system. Another feature of this property is the polished concrete flooring. The particular technique used gives a smooth, satin finish. It was also used for the bathroom walls, and the showers and vanity units.
